Welcome to the user agreement (the "Agreement" or "Terms of Use") for Benefito Inc. Please read these terms carefully before using this site. By using and/or visiting Benefito Inc., you signify your agreement to the Benefito Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not access the site or use the services provided by Benefito Inc.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

ITS MANAGERS, OWNERS, OR EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARMS, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FROM GOODWILL, USE OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF SERVICES INDICATED IN THE SITE.
Benefito Inc. does not warrant that this site, its services, or email sent from Benefito.biz are free of harmful components such as viruses. Benefito Inc., its affiliates, managers, owners, agents, and employees, will be held harmless from any claims including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
THE LINKS, CONTENTS, AND ARTICLES DISPLAYED ON BENEFITO WEB PUBLISHING SITES ARE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY. BENEFITO INC. DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM READING, USING OR ACCESSING ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICES ON THESE SITES THROUGH BENEFITO INC.
All users are solely responsible for the content of the information they post in the public areas on our sites.
Benefito Inc. reserves the right, in its sole opinion, to modify or delete postings by users that are considered to be inappropriate, invalid, unsuitable to the company's services and the Benefito online community.

OUR SERVICES:

Benefito Inc. is designed to accelerate the successful marketing of new sites through text ads and free article submissions. However, Benefito does NOT have control of the design of your site, the search engines' indexing algorithm therefore the result of advertising vary from site to site. Benefito Inc. reserves the right to reject a site or article if we feel that your site does not meet our content guidelines.

OUR FEES:

All text ads are placed manually. There's no contract and the subscription is billed month by month via Paypal. You may cancel the monthly subscription 3 business days before your next billing date.
Individual month's text ad subscription fee is non-refundable.

ARTICLE SUBMISSIONS AND SYNDICATION:

The information presented and opinions expressed herein are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Benefito Inc. Benefito Inc. bear no responsibility for contributing authors' opinions
Copying of Contents, in whole or in part, is permitted provided that author by-lines are kept intact and unchanged. Hyperlinks and/or URLs provided by authors must remain active.
Hyperlinks to the Benefito Article Submission Sites are required.
Artwork and associated graphics used on Benefito Article Submission Sites may be reproduced and distributed, provided that visible credit is given to Benefito Inc.
Purposes other than copying the Content with which this agreement was intended (such as modifying, using, etc.) are outside the scope of this agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By using services provided by Benefito Inc. and/or visiting any Benefito Web Publishing Sites, you acknowledge you have read, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with all laws, government regulations and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You represent you have the legal authority to accept these Agreement on behalf of yourself or any party you represent. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

REVISIONS:

Benefito Inc. may modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Content and Services of the web site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You agree that Benefito shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, withdrawal or discontinuance of the Content. Benefito may at any time revise the User Agreement by updating this posting. By using the site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and you agree to periodically visit this page to determine the then current User Agreement to which you are bound.

TERMINATION:

You agree that Benefito Inc., in its sole discretion, may terminate or restrict your use of services provided by Benefito or access to this Site (or any part thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, that Benefito believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Service, or the Agreement contained within the Site. Either you or Benefito may terminate your usage of Benefito services at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending email notice to the other party. In the event your access to the Service is suspended due to the breach of this Agreement, you agree that all fees then paid to Benefito by you shall be nonrefundable.
